Qualifications: Experience in an administrative law office or government bureaucracy like VA or SSA; knowledge of medical and/or legal terminology; military service; proficiency in PDF editing software; Bilingual a plus. Microsoft/Computer skills necessary. Prevail experience a plus. Good communication skills, especially on phone. Reliable, professional, punctual, team player. A competent, responsible, organized and ethical assistant with an eye for detail and the ability to work well with others, to join our team. Should have 5+ years transactional real estate experience with heavy title review experience in a law firm setting. NALA Certification or NFPA Registration highly desired, advanced certification in Real Estate is desired. Experience with business organizations transactions is a plus. High level of computer literacy, including but not limited to proficiency in the complete Office Suite, Outlook, PDF programs, and document file management systems is must.
