QUALIFICATIONS: College degree or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience as a paralegal working specifically on intellectual property and patent litigation matters required. Ability to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of California Business & Professions Code Section 6450, et. seq. Knowledge and understanding of legal principles and practices.
