Floater Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support for secretaries that are absent due to vacation, illness or other types of leave of absences. This includes preparation of legal documents and correspondence, client billing, timekeeping, expense reports, closing binders, court filings, client interface, scheduling meetings, conferences, depositions, travel arrangements, answering phones, file maintenance, and a wide variety of other clerical duties as needed. Assisting other departments such as Office Services, IT, Records, HR, Accounting and Marketing with projects as needed.
