Qualifications: Four year degree with 3.0 overall GPA required. 5+ years experience as a Finance Paralegal in a large law firm preferred. Experience working with public/private financing, closing procedures, UCC (both preparation/filing of forms & lien searching), company/partnership formation & maintenance and public document retrieval. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; 1-year law-related experience under licensed attorney; or, PL certificate from ABA approved program. 1 3 years U.S. corporate immigration experience.
