Provide hospitality services for internal meetings. Preparation and revision of correspondence, memoranda and legal documents. Maintenance of electronic document management system. Maintenance of Outlook calendars, if needed. Reimbursements and check requests, if needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Junior Paralegal - 4 year degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program with at least one year of experience. Or. Senior Project Assistant 5+ years of related legal experience (if experience is not met for Junior Paralegal, paralegal education/certification may be substituted, all or in part, for experience required for this position). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Superior technology skills must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage work load. Takes the initiative in handling projects and anticipating what needs to be done. Works collaboratively and cooperatively with others. Extensive knowledge and skills in utilizing the Internet; experience with legal research tools preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MSWord, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to learn and use databases. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. Ability to proofread materials for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors. Must have strong organizational, decision-making skills and problem solving skills. Must be reliable and a self-starter. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer and photocopiers. Experience with all facets of document productions, including confidentiality, deliverables, service and drafting privilege logs.
