Obtain all necessary information and materials from vendors, clients and government agencies such as USPTO, PAIR; conduct legal research, utilizing internet sources, Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, Docket Navigator, etc. Coordinate the preparation and filing of briefs and legal documents: draft routine filings; compile appendices and exhibits; prepare and submit electronic court filings through PACER and other court filing systems. Manage all trial preparation and support activity: manage trial exhibits; prepare trial notebooks; maintain expert binders; work room set up; communicate with experts, fact witnesses, counsel, etc. Support members of the Intellectual Property Group focused on patent litigation in federal courts and IPR proceedings. Qualifications: Bachelor degree (B. A.) preferred. 5 years' related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Qualifications: JD degree required. 5+ years of experience with law firm conflicts and/or new business department preferred. Prior experience using automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in a professional manner. Strong research skills; strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong attention to detail. Ability to use initiative and judgment to accomplish results.
