Duties and Responsibilities The Legal Secretary will be responsible for: * Coordination and operational support to the assigned lawyers in the Privacy and Cybersecurity practice area team * Aligning lawyers time with their priorities and leveraging strategic prioritization strategies * Building relationships and trust with key stakeholders and partners * Maximizing efficiency and communication by building out systems and processes * Communicating with and building/maintaining relationships with key high-profile clients * Maintaining Outlook inboxes and responding to incoming communications * Providing complex and dynamic scheduling and calendar support * Facilitating work with the Accounting Department to coordinate client bills * Processing new business forms, new client/matter reports, and conflicts of interest checks * Providing oversight for time entry, proformas, and bills for the assigned lawyers * Monitoring Practice Area Team expenditures for budgeting purposes * Maintaining roster of billing arrangements for key clients * Maintaining monthly financial reports * Coordinating U.S. & Foreign travel arrangements Salary Information The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. 5+ years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
