Experience working in a large law firm is preferred. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to meet deadlines; excellent communication skills; highly proficient with Windows-based software used by the firm; a typing speed of 70 wpm with high level of accuracy; and flexibility regarding work schedule and availability to work overtime. ## Compensation Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and responsive professional who can work in a dynamic environment. ## Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced litigation environment providing litigation assistance and secretarial support * Must be able to work with a variety of attorney styles and be comfortable communicating with clients and partners * Must be able to format briefs, pleadings and other legal documents, enter attorney time and billing, e-file legal documents, correspond with clients, submit expense reports, and calendaring ## Compensation Compensation for this role is typically between $32.00 and $50.00 per hour depending on experience.
