Ability to deal professionally and communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with both internal and external clients on all levels. Demonstrated proficiency in both electronic and manual legal research and knowledge of court rules and procedures. Proven project, time, and people management skills as well as the ability to build teams. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Ability to inspire confidence in others and maintain confidentiality of all projects and data. Working knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet program, PowerPoint, Word, HTML, the. Internet and WestLaw. Demonstrated advanced skills on the Internet and Viewpoint. Working knowledge of other document review and case management platforms as required is preferred.
