Organizes and prepares trial boxes/trial notebooks, evidence, prepares exhibits. Uses Adobe Acrobat to redact and prepare exhibits, pleadings, and court filings. Prepares case summaries and materials for mediation conferences, pleadings, monitors calendar for when discovery responses are due from opposing counsel and prepares motions to compel as needed. REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of legal experience. Experience in Personal Injury litigation. Experience in the use of the e-filing portal; drafting complaints, motions, orders, affidavits, and letters. Experienced in scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings etc. Highly experienced working with Adobe Acrobat. Experienced at maintaining a complex calendar using outlook for calculating deadlines and dates for trial orders, depositions, hearings, mediations, client meetings etc. Outstanding interpersonal and telephone skills.
