Legal Secretary - Mobile Office Duties: Provide administrative support to partners in the Business & Commercial Litigation and Government Relations Practice Groups. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Maintain records of client files, including opening and closing of files. Edit, format, print and revise all letters, memos, reports, forms, labels and other printed material. Maintain daily appointment calendar, book meetings, make travel arrangements, as required. Open and close client files. Facilitate meetings of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders to attorney. Entering of attorneys time for timesheets and billing purposes. Keeping files organized and current. Answer phone calls, take notes, messages and redirect calls when appropriate. Perform other administrative duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 5-10 years of related experience. Knowledge of MS Office and Word required. Ability to work with legal technology; i.e. court filings, computer systems, transcription software. Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations and court systems required.
