Proficiency with electronic research tools, and USPTO trademark filing systems is necessary as well as experience in utilizing computerized docketing systems (such as CPi) and MS Office suite. Should have strong writing skills. A writing sample is required. Must have excellent communication and client relation skills. Prior experience in probate is preferred.
