Bar Admission to practice law in Tennessee in good standing (Admission to practice in AR, MS or another nearby state is a plus) is required. Admitted to practice law in all Districts in Tennessee is required. 1-3 years experience representing secured creditors/mortgage servicers is preferred. Bankruptcy or Default Mortgage Industry experience preferred. Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required.
