Associate Attorney (General Litigation) The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of litigation including discovery and law and motion. Trial experience is a plus. Will personally handle a wide variety of civil litigation matters in State and Federal Court. Independently manage a litigation caseload; Regularly handle court appearances and assigned depositions; Conduct research and analysis of legal matters and draft memoranda of law; Draft and respond to discovery; Prepare discovery motions and other briefs in State and Federal Court; and Perform other related duties as assigned. Should have JD from Accredited Law school; 2-3 years of relevant experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation; California Bar Admission; Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail; and Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin a plus.
