Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of experience, ranging up to someone with many years of experience. Will have some Criminal Defense, Family law, and general civil litigation cases assigned and may help with personal injury practice. Should have excellent computer, communication (both written and verbal), proofreading, research, and time management skills. Must possess an ability to be an effective team member and interact with paralegals, staff, and clients. Newly licensed attorney with at least a year of full time clerk experience drafting motions will be trained. Family Law and Criminal Defense experience is a plus.
