Civil Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience as practicing attorney with experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery in civil actions, taking and defending depositions, and making court appearances. Must work cooperatively with a team of like-minded professionals, communicate effectively with others, perform well under deadlines, keep clients updated on a regular basis and possess exceptional organizational and writing skills. Working knowledge of law firm management software such as Prolaw, Clio, Time Management, Abacus, MyCase, etc. is a must and any knowledge of ProLaw, is a plus. Must have valid California Bar license in good standing; being licensed in other states is a plus.
