Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle plaintiff personal injury cases. Will calendar court deadlines. Provide additional administrative support when needed. Responsibilities for client contact/client intake. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence. Maintain attorney's professional calendar. Also responsible for legal filing and maintaining case files. File documents in court. Must have litigation experience in California. Knowledge of Federal and State court rules is required. Should know e-filing and fax filing. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) are needed.
