Immigration Attorney The candidate will conduct potential new client meetings. Coordinate case and legal strategies. Manage various projects and deadlines. Prepare, and revise documents. Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions. Maintain informed of legislative changes that may affect immigration. Develop solutions to complex legal questions. Attend master calendar hearings, bond hearings, and individual/merits hearings. Should have a J.D. degree. Must have an active Bar license in good standing. Be active in the Bar association in Maryland (or ability to waive in immediately). Must have 1+ years of experience in immigration law. Be fluent in Spanish. The ability to train and supervise administrative staff and paralegals is needed.
