Paralegal - Personal Injury Law Firm The candidate will handle Pre-Litigation cases. Will be managing a heavy caseload on a daily basis. Opening files. Requesting medical records. Maintaining efficient communication with clientele, adjusters, and providers. Closing cases. Various other responsibilities around the office as needed. The candidate must have minimum 3 years' experience in pre-litigation personal injury law. Multilingual candidates are preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of Time Matters software is preferred but not required. Dependability and professionalism. Exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Portuguese, Spanish and Creole language preferred.
