Research and Writing Attorney The candidate must be an experienced Research and Writing Attorney to assist in federal case in the Central District of California. Must be able to effectively draft pleadings and conduct Westlaw research. Prior experience as a Federal Public Defender or similar experience desired. Responsibilities include researching and drafting a variety of pleadings and motions and involvement in developing litigation strategy. Should have strong research, writing, analytical and problem solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
