Attorney The candidate will prepare legal forms in family law cases and other areas of the firm's practice. Will work closely with other attorneys and clients on a day to day basis to provide excellent legal services. Prepare legal documents including correspondence, discovery, declarations, declarations of disclosure, etc. Appear in court, argue motions and represent clients at various hearings, including trials in Family Law related cases and other areas of the firm s practice. Must have 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in Family Law. Should be in good standing with the California State Bar.
