Family Law Attorney The candidate will be understanding how clients problems are more than a legal problem to them; have exceptional communication skills; strong writing skills will be a hard-working Team player responsible for all aspects of a client's family law case including communicating with clients and other counsel, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing for and attending mediations and settlement conferences, drafting Separation Agreements and preparing for and attending hearings and trials. Must be a licensed attorney with the State of North Carolina. Must have at least 3 years of Family Law Experience. Should have experience managing a full caseload.
