Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in litigation and license to practice in the State of Texas. Knowledge of oil and gas industry is a plus. Must have working knowledge of court procedures and good writing skills. Will draft numerous documents of varying types and should be familiar with essentials of the types of documents used in litigation matters. Will also develop litigation skills at administrative hearings.
