Compensation: Weisinger Law Firm is offering a competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year for this position based on experience. H1: Attorney - Estate Planning and Probate with Weisinger Law Firm Weisinger Law Firm is seeking an Attorney with experience in Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship to join their team. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow. H2: Job Description The Attorney will represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and related legal matters. They will draft legal documents, schedule court dates, handle their own caseload, and participate in mentoring of other attorneys in the firm. The Attorney will nurture client relationships, draft and edit documents, correspond with other attorneys, paralegals, and court staff, assist with billing of clients, attend networking and marketing events, work as part of a team, and be willing to study outside of work to advance their skills. H2: Benefits Weisinger Law Firm is offering a competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year for this position based on experience. In addition, they offer a range of benefits including a 401(k) with 3% match, health insurance (50% of coverage for employee), employee life insurance, paid time off, continuing education budget, professional coaching opportunities, and licensing fees paid by the firm.
