The successful candidate will be responsible for independently working with a senior attorney on their team to manage their caseload. They will be expected to conduct legal research, handle discovery and analyze medical and employment records. They will also be responsible for regularly handling court appearances, depositions and meetings, as well as communicating with clients and providing status reports.
