Paralegal: Trust Administration The candidate will be assisting attorneys in preparing legal documents. Maintaining client database and files. Communicating and coordinating with clients and other parties. Assisting with office administration. Performing other related duties as requested by supervising attorneys. Managing legal cases from beginning to end. Probate and trust administration, including asset collection, court filings, appraisals, accounting, and asset allocation agreements. Estate Planning, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, retirement account and life insurance beneficiary designations, and related documents. Real property transfers, including deeds, property tax claims, and changes in ownership forms. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) required. Maintenance and organization of legal files required. Experience with practice management software such as ProLaw required. College education (BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred; Paralegal certificate preferred) required. Excellent organization, time management, writing, and communication skills required.
