Litigation Attorney The candidate should have excellent research, writing and communication skills, be a confident self-starter, have the ability to work well under pressure, be computer/tech savvy, organized and manage cases from inception through trial. Must have experience taking and defending depositions for plaintiffs and experts. Strong legal analytical skills a must for handling complex cases and professional demeanor when communicating with clients and experts. Responsibilities include: Handling all aspects of a case through mediation or trial. Prepare and respond to discovery; attend depositions. Work daily with clients and experts. Must have 3+ years litigation experience.
