Obtaining and managing medical records and bills. Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel. Preparing for and assisting with trial preparation and depositions. Managing client intake process and court filings. Should have 5+ years of experience in personal injury practice. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
