Attorney The candidate will be responsible to help other attorneys in the firm with all aspects of discovery, meet and confer letters, and communicating with clients. Duties include: Propounding and Responding to Discovery; Law and Motion work; Meeting with clients; Defending and Taking Depositions; Trial Preparation; and Case Screening. Should well-versed in civil litigation and discovery. Prior civil litigation or insurance defense experience is a plus. Must have employment law experience for 1 year California Bar license is required. Fluency with Spanish is preferred.
