Pre-Closing Paralegal The candidate should preferably have High school or equivalent qualification. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience as a residential real estate Pre closer and be familiar with the entire closing process. Experience with SoftPro, Land Tech, or Ramquest is required. Should have an eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment. Must have the ability to professionally communicate with clients, work both independently and as part of a team, and provide exceptional customer service. Paralegal Certificate Preferred. Knowledge of Spanish language preferred.
