Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have 5 years managing a personal injury case load. This includes auto collisions, slip and fall, premises liability, and torts. Real working litigation experience in all Delaware Courts is necessary. The role requires the candidate to be able to work independently and without direct supervision. The candidate will be required to play an integral role in supporting a partner with all aspects of client files, including case investigation, document management, drafting/editing pre-trial discovery, trial, distribution, lien resolution, calendar management, file maintenance, and basic data entry. The candidate will need to be a self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work well with others in both an office setting and virtually, when necessary. Worldox and Needles experience a plus.
