Attorney at Law The candidate s duty is as follow: Independently manage a high volume caseload. Collaborate with attorneys and partners on complicated legal issues. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions, etc. Consistently engage in client communication. Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigation. Work with a team. Must have 1+ years of experience in personal injury, pre-suit litigation/litigation. Must have JD from accredited law school. Must be a member of the Rhode Island Bar. Must have ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. Must have strong sense of discretion. Excellent written and verbal skills are required. Should also be able to manage robust schedule and have excellent people skills.
