Must have knowledge of personal injury practice including drafting and filing of complaints in Superior Court, drafting interrogatories, Notice to Produce, preparation of drafting/responding to motions. Must have experience with Adobe and some case management software, Trial Works, preferred. Must be personable and comfortable working with clients and professionals.
