Legal Secretary/Assistant The Candidate is responsible to manage and coordinate high-volume calendars; Provide administrative support to Supervising Paralegal and associates; Establish and maintain relationship with vendors, clients and internal staff; Identify and address individual situations and determine appropriate actions, monitor status of pending items, and provide follow up on a daily and ongoing basis; Performs other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned. Must have proven work experience as a Administrative/Executive assistant or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Family Law experience is required. A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) is a plus.
