General Liability Litigation Attorney The candidate responsibilities will include all aspects of case management from inception to trial including depositions, hearings, trials and advising clients on a variety of matters. Prior experience with insurance defense reporting and billing practices is required. Should have 3+ years' experience in insurance defense. Portable business is not necessary, but being able to manage own caseload is mandatory. Should have a strong litigation background along with excellent writing and communication skills.
