Associate Attorney - Family Law The candidate should have a JD degree. Be an active member in good standing with the New Mexico State Bar. Must have 2 years of legal experience - family law experience is desired. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to manage their own caseload with staff and management support and will have a strong desire to practice in family law, divorce, paternity, custody disputes, child support enforcement, and adoptions.
