Associate Attorney The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Louisiana Bar. Should have 1-3 years of construction litigation experience (transactional experience is a plus but not required) to join its Louisiana construction law practice. Academically distinguished applicants (top 10% and/or law review preferred), have excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as deposition, discovery and motion practice experience, have responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation and transactional practice. Engineering, architecture or construction management experience is a plus.
