Associate Attorney The candidate will join firm specializing in personal injury and tenant representation. Should have 2+ years experience. On the personal injury side, would assist with case management from intake to trial e.g. opening claims, drafting demands, drafting/filing complaints, propounding/responding to discovery, defending/taking depositions, prepping for trial. Experience with unlawful detainer would be a plus. For tenant matters, would also assist with drafting demands, complaints, and assisting with all phases of litigation.
