Attorney - Contractor The candidate will legal research and writing. A significant part of our practice is in federal court in Texas and California. Our pleadings and motions must be well researched and written. will be expected to support senior attorneys handling significant evidentiary hearings and trials. must track and bill your time on our cloud-based billing software, and become familiar with the Microsoft 365 platform. Ability to work between 30 to 35 hours each week, and be prepared to work more if projects demand it, and your work product warrants it. Admitted by the Texas Bar Association. Graduated in top 25% (preferred) of Law School. (Transcript required.) Must have at least a minimum of 2 years experience in litigation. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to draft and file pleadings in state and federal courts. Grammar is essential. Proven experience meeting deadlines.
