Staff Attorney-Foreclosure Duties: Responsible for reviewing and auditing the contents of foreclosure pleadings, as well as making court appearances throughout the state on behalf of creditors. Appearing at various status conferences, hearings and mediations throughout Maryland on behalf of creditors. Responsible for reviewing the contents of foreclosure pleadings to ensure error-free work and legal compliance. Provide litigation support in contested foreclosure matters. Qualifications: MD Bar required. DC Bar is a plus. 1-3 years' previous experience in law. Some foreclosure and/or title experience a plus. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast pace environment with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with various parties from internal staff and clients to opposing counsel and court personnel.
