Position Summary: The Litigation Attorney will join the litigation team at our law firm and will be responsible for handling civil defense litigation matters. Responsibilities: * Represent clients in court proceedings, including taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, researching legal issues, and attending court hearings. * Prepare and respond to discovery requests. * Draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents. * Work with expert witnesses. * Prepare for and conduct trials and arbitrations. * Negotiate settlements. * Provide legal advice to clients. * Manage client relationships and develop new business. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. * Three or more years of civil defense litigation experience. * Strong writing and research skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Superior organizational and time management skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload. * Active license to practice law in the state of Idaho.
