Attorney, Associate The candidate will prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, letters, memoranda and reports using the firms legal case management system. Will attend site inspections at insured locations, depositions, other pretrial examinations and court appearances. Conduct legal research and legal writing. Engage in various forms of discovery practice. Should have 1-3 years experience in insurance defense litigation and/or insurance coverage. Must have excellent writing skills, be detailed oriented and be a team player. Knowledge of insurance coverage analysis, bad faith, construction defect, construction and transportation litigation, and/or product liability is highly desired. 1+ year experience practicing law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required. Must have Juris Doctorate degree from ABA accredited law school is required with strong academic credentials. Must be a member in good standing with the New Jersey bar and Pennsylvania bar and licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Must have valid state-issued drivers license in good standing.
