Insurance Defense Paralegals The candidate must have 3+ years of defense experience working and billing primarily as a defense paralegal. Experience with reviewing and summarizing records including medical records is a must as is extensive trial preparation experience. Must have one of these three requirements: FRP designation from the Florida Bar, CP designation from NALA, holds a paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited school.
