Attorney, Commercial Transactions Duties: Networking and selling both your and Gravis Laws services. Providing top-notch legal products and superior service to clients. Being a trusted advisor to clients through strategic thinking and problem solving. Generating own billable work, as well as distributing work to Law Clerks and Paralegals. Requirements: JD Degree from an accredited law school and an active member of the states bar association for the states in which practice. 2+ years of experience as a practicing Attorney. Ability to provide entrepreneurial, sound business-savvy advice. Strong analytical, organizational, legal drafting and communication skills. Common sense, great judgment, and a positive and willing attitude. Team player with a strong work ethic. A desire to be part of a growing, modern legal practice. Preferred: A good sense of humor, a disdain for drama, an intertest in learning new things, and the desire and ability to get things done. Specific: An on-going practice of business clients with and the desire and ability to grow the practice and to network and market yourself and Gravis Law. A Plus: Strong competency in U.S. Government and/or commercial employment law.
