Nurse Paralegal The candidate will be reviewing, analyzing and summarizing medical records. Identifying key facts/results within medical charts. Medical and scientific literature research. Working with the attorneys to determine defense strategy based on medical records and diagnosis. Assisting the attorneys in the identification and preparation of expert witnesses, challenging opposing experts, and trial work. An associate's degree in Nursing (RN) is needed. Experience nurse within a hospital setting. Strong analytical skills are needed. Attention to detail is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
