Immigration Attorney The candidate will be representing clients in Immigration Court and before the Department of Homeland Security, drafting Motions to Reopen, SIJS filings, appeals and briefs. Representing juvenile clients for Special Immigration Juvenile Petitions (SIJS). Preparing and trying cases in court. The candidate should have 2-3 years of Immigration experience as a practicing attorney in removal defense, asylum and waivers. Should be licensed to practice in Virginia (applicants not admitted to VA will not be considered). Exceptional legal writing and research ability required. Must be very organized and have ability to work on short deadlines. Spanish fluency and/or knowledge of employment based immigration will be looked upon favorably.
