Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense The candidate will manage a full case load of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Will work on opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances, and trying cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. 2+ years experience in Workers' Compensation is required. Must be qualified candidate must be admitted to the State Bar of California. Active California State Bar membership in good standing is essential. Must have Juris Doctor degree.
