Qualifications Bachelor's Degree ABA approved paralegal certificate Two years of experience as a paralegal in the legal field Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Salary Rosen Injury Law is offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience. ## Paralegal at Rosen Injury Law Rosen Injury Law is looking for a self motivated full-time paralegal with experience in pre-suit, litigation, and trial to provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney to ensure smooth operation of the law firm and case management. ### Responsibilities - Provide paralegal support to lawyers - Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc. - Request medical records - File claims with insurance carriers - Client intake - Administratively support and attend trials - Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony - Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research - Locate and develop case relevant information - Type up and file legal documents and correspondence - Answer and direct phone calls - Monitor deadlines and calendars ### Skills - Proven working experience as a paralegal - Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system - Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office - Computer literacy including word, excel and powerpoint - Working knowledge of case management software (knowledge and experience with Filevine a plus) - Excellent organization skills - Ability to work under pressure - Languages English and Spanish ### Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - ABA approved paralegal certificate - Two years of experience as a paralegal in the legal field - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment ### Salary Rosen Injury Law is offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, an ABA approved paralegal certificate, and two years of experience as a paralegal in the legal field. The paralegal will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney to ensure smooth operation of the law firm and case management. The paralegal responsibilities include providing paralegal support to lawyers, handling communication with clients, witnesses etc., requesting medical records, filing claims with insurance carriers, client intake, administratively supporting and attending trials, preparing case briefs and summarizing depositions, interrogatories and testimony, conducting investigations and statistical/documentary research, locating and developing case relevant information, typing up and filing legal documents and correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, and monitoring deadlines and calendars.
