Bankruptcy Defense Attorney The candidate should be a Bankruptcy Law and/or Foreclosure Defense Attorney to help appear in Bankruptcy Court and in settlement conferences. Will represent clients in court. Prepare and draft legal documents. Meet with clients and perspective clients. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Should be admitted in NYS and Federal Courts. Prior consumer bankruptcy law experience is needed. Familiarity with various legal documents is required. Experience appearing at settlement conferences is essential.
