Personal Injury Attorney Duties: Managing pre-litigation team. Handle litigation matters involving business, commercial and real estate. Drafting and filing litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandums. Attending depositions, mediations, trials, as well as negotiating settlements. Day-to-day handling of personal injury cases and management of staff. Qualifications: Law degree from a fully accredited law school. In good standing with the Florida Bar. 3+ years of personal injury experience. Superior written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases in the pre-litigation and litigation stages. Excellent people skills. Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and case management software. Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals.
